Job summary

A leading company in sales support is seeking a Customer Service Executive to assist in daily sales operations. The ideal candidate will manage orders, ensure accuracy, and collaborate with various departments for efficient service. Applicants should have a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Customer Service Executive (Permanent/Contract)

Assist in daily sales operation and sales support documentation including invoices, delivery order, collection, etc.

Handling orders via phone, email or mail, and ensuring they include the correct prices, discounts and product numbers.

Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements and all orders are accurate and delivered on time.

Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries and deliveries are handled efficiently.

To monitor stock status and prepare purchase order for all stocks.

Liaising with inside sales, purchaser and logistic team on the inventories and delivery status.

Maintaining an efficient work environment while contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Maintain a high level of cooperation and teamwork with outdoor sales staff.

To coordinate with colleagues to enable smooth operation and instil team spirit to enhance productivity with minimum supervision.

Any other duties assigned from time to time by the immediate superior/Management.

Job Requirements

Diploma /Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

2-3 years in marketing or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in JD Edwards system is an added advantage.

Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Conversant in Microsoft software package.
