About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team at Southern Latex Products Sdn Bhd in Sungai Bakap, Penang. In this full‑time position, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients mainly from Europe, the US, and Asia.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing order processing and shipment arrangement
- Preparing proforma invoice, sales contract, shipping documents and following up payments with customers
- Maintaining good networking and relationships with existing customers
- Assisting in internal efficiency communication to resolve customer concerns
- Assisting in marketing development/coordination and contributing to sales growth
- Preparing monthly sales reports and market analysis
- Attending overseas and local exhibitions when required
What we’re looking for
- Candidate must possess at least a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics or equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experience in sales and marketing or customer service, preferably in the gloves or personal protective equipment field
- Familiarity with international business, export coordination and logistics handling
- Fluency in English for both verbal and written communication; Mandarin speaker is an added advantage
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good teamwork, self‑motivation and ability to work under minimal supervision
