Job Responsibilities

Liaise directly with clients and vendors to ensure smooth daily operations.

Process invoices accurately according to company procedures and standards.

Ensure each shipment achieves maximum contribution by maintaining service levels at the lowest possible cost.

Maintain, organize, and file records in compliance with company guidelines.

Review vendor processes regularly to ensure best practices and competitive pricing.

Support the sales team with quotations, product information, and client requirements.

Prepare timely reports and statistics for management and meeting updates.

Job Requirements

Proficiency in Mandarin, as you will deal with China-based customers and agents.

Experience in shipping documentation (shipping agency) is added advantage.

Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Meticulous, organized, and capable of handling tasks independently.

Positive, motivated, and a strong team player.
