• Ensure seamless coordination of global shipments, quotation preparation, and client satisfaction.
• Provide sales support by assisting with pricing strategies, quotations, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
• Cultivate and maintain long‑term relationships with overseas shipping agencies, freight forwarders, and trade regulators.
• Leverage in‑depth knowledge of freight forwarding operations and customer service (CS) processes to ensure the smooth execution of international shipments.
• Provide senior management with actionable insights, reports, and recommendations for continuous business growth.
• Develop and implement high‑impact business strategies to expand international market presence.
• Identify emerging markets and business opportunities through in‑depth market and competitor analysis.
• Negotiate high‑value agency agreements and contracts to strengthen global partnerships.
• Represent the company in global conferences, trade shows, and industry networking events.

Requirements
