Handle incoming and outgoing calls and attend visitor or walk in customer.

Build relationship with existing customer to follow up with customer maintenance scheduled and replacement stock.

Cold calling to existing and potential customers to support the sales growth.

Prepare regular reports on order statuses, customer satisfaction, and complaint resolution.

Process customer order and arrange shipment with internal logistics.

Monitor order statuses and update customers on any changes or delays proactively.

Assist the sales and marketing with Product promotion and marketing events.

Provide the sales team with administrative support.

Administrative

Manage the maintenance and servicing of company equipment and replenishment of office supplies.

Manage general procurement for internal use and follow up with suppliers regularly.

Assist employees in the booking for business trips.

Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency.

Ensures office cleanliness at all the times.

Plan and arrange internal company events. I.e. team bonding activities and welfare.

Write minute in Sales Meeting.

Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned by reporting officer / Manager.
