  • Creating job entries in the logistics system
  • Preparing essential documentation such as Customs Forms, Bill of Lading, and Airway Bills
  • Coordinating daily delivery planning with the operations team
  • Involve in billing process
  • Providing daily shipment updates to customers
Requirements & Skills
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or client‑facing role, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry
  • Diploma or Degree graduate
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Basic understanding of logistics and Incoterms
  • Problem‑solving mindset with adaptability in a fast‑paced environment
