  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and resolving issues effectively.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary, while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Our Vision Yu Home's products and services to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Identify and escalation potential product or service issues to management, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to provide a seamless customer experience.
