• Manage customers' enquiries, orders, and complaints.
• Oversee logistics and store management for incoming and outgoing goods.
• Lead and supervise small groups in logistics/store operations.

Job description

1. Managing customers enquiries, orders PO confirmation and/or complaints
2. Working with production on customer’s delivery and liaise with Production Control on delivery plan
3. Overseeing logistic cum stores for incoming and outgoing parts/goods
4. Act as windows for communication with customers and production
5. Assist on pricing and quotation to customers
6. Well verse with Custom procedures and relevant authorities for shipment clearance
7. Delivery arrangement with freight forwarder and shipment monitoring
8. Ability to lead and supervise small groups of logistic/store department
9. Assist on waste / scrap management
10. Mature and work independent
