Job description
Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's vending machine products and services.
  • Process customer orders, track shipments, and resolve any delivery issues.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, such as sales and technical support, to address customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the company database.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Identify and elevate complex customer issues to senior team members.
  • Provide support for vending machine maintenance and repair requests.
  • Prepare reports on customer service activities and performance metrics.
