A leading manufacturing company in Malaysia is seeking a customer service representative responsible for handling customer service activities, ensuring timely delivery, and addressing customer complaints. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma/Degree and at least 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in manufacturing. Proficiency in Malay and English is essential, while knowledge of Mandarin is a plus. This role is based in Hicom-Glenmarie, Shah Alam.
1. Responsible to handle all customer service-related activities inclusive order handling, monitoring delivery and pre & post-delivery activities as per customer requirement.
2. To liaise with internal departments to follow up on production process and execution in meeting customer’s expectation and ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
3. Acknowledge and respond on all customer complaints, direct the complaint to respective departments, compile outcome and feedback to customers.
4. Ensuring customer data captures all required information and conducting survey and compiling new customer’s data for Management update.
5. Work as a product facilitator between various internal and external parties to ensure new product requirements and processes are implemented and executed accurately.
6. To handle application and monitoring regulatory requirement inclusive of Certificate of Origin, Product Halal, Health Certificate and Free Sales Certificate and other related documents whenever required.
7. Maintain and refine customer service operation procedure comply with ISO and legislation requirements.
8. To update and compile periodically reports for analysis and reporting.
9. Appointed as an Internal Quality Auditor of the Safe Quality Management Systems (SQMS) Team.
10. To perform specific duties as and when required as a member of the SQMS team.
11. To assist in all customers service-related activities and any other instruction as assigned by immediate superior.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in any field.
Must have at least 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Experience in OEM manufacturing in personal care or foods will be an added advantage.
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills (both Malay & English)
Proficient in Mandarin will be a surplus advantage.
Abilities to interact professionally with customers and team members.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online application to manage daily tasks efficiently.
