Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, shipping, returns.
  • Assist customers with orders, tracking, and processing returns.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
  • Investigate problems related to orders and payments.
  • Maintain organized records of customer complaints.
  • Purchase shipping bills for resending parcels.

  • Maintain detailed and organized records of customer complaints, issues, and resolutions.
  • Purchase a shipping bill for resending the parcel to the customer.

Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Superior from time to time.
