A reputable trading company in Selangor is seeking a customer service representative. Candidates should communicate effectively in English and Malay, with an advantage for those knowing Chinese. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, providing information on products, and resolving complaints. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. Language Proficiency: Able to communicate effectively in English & Malay, Chinese will be a plus. (spoken and written).
Education: Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in customer service or e-commerce support is an advantage.
