A customer service company in Kulai, Malaysia, is seeking a customer service representative to handle enquiries via various channels, manage complaints, and provide accurate product information. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, a customer-oriented attitude, and the ability to work under pressure. Prior experience in customer service is advantageous. This role emphasizes maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and at the service counter
Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and courteously
Provide accurate information on products, services, pricing, and company policies
Record, update, and maintain customer information in the system
Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Production, Logistics) to resolve issues efficiently
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain positive customer relationships
Prepare customer service reports and feedback summaries when required
Requirements & Qualifications
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Customer-oriented, patient, and responsible attitude
Able to work under pressure and meet KPIs
Prior customer service experience is an added advantage
