  • Send quotation drafts to customers and follow up.

  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain and update customer records and documents.
  • Process orders, forms, and applications accurately.
  • Perform general administrative tasks like filing and data entry.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
  • Assist in preparing reports and necessary documentation.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience with excellent service.
