Job description

Response to incoming enquiry by phone call or email about products, complaint and requests.

Attend to customer inquiries to products or other information required.

Work closely with internal department to coordinate customers shipments, handle inquiries and complaints.

Process PO including checking the details in the PO, analyze the purchase trend and check with customers and sales regarding the PO. Discuss with Supply Chain, Production on available stock, highlight the product shelf life to the related party by email.

In charge of export by confirming the shipment date, preparing export documentations and coordinating with Warehouse. Ensure the whole process is in order from the beginning to the end.

Handle all local delivery by confirming the delivery date, prepare documentations and coordinate with Warehouse and transporters.

Coordinate with QA for manufacturing product Certificate of Analysis (COA).

Send the product samples to customers upon request and follow up the status.

Prepare the monthly customer service report and submit it to the Manager on or before the 7th of the following month.

Analyze the customers’ order trend and discuss with Sales team.

Perform filing of all work-related filing in hard and soft copy.
