Client Engagement & Needs Assessment

Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions.

Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via social media platforms, WhatsApp, and phone calls.

Educate clients on the benefits of the company’s services and address any concerns or objections effectively.

Communicate pricing, terms, and conditions clearly and accurately to clients.

Apply effective sales techniques to persuade clients to sign up for services.

Market Awareness & Product Knowledge

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to enhance sales effectiveness.

Apply updated market insights to improve client engagement and conversion rates.

Record Management & Compliance

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Enter all required customer information into the company database promptly and accurately.

Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies at all times.

Work Standards & Timeliness

Hold high esteem for the quality of your work and ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within the required timelines.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of sales experience is preferred.

Required language: Fluent English,
Mandarin will only be an added advantage to liaise with with mandarin-speaking clients.

Working Hours: 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Immediate or short notice period availability will be preferred.
