CUSTOMER SERVICE CUM CREDIT NOTE ASSOCIATE

We are seeking a talented Customer Service Cum Credit Note Associate to join our dynamic team at Camidas Foods Resources Sdn Bhd in Melaka. This full-time position is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and efficiently processing credit notes for our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Handle incoming customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and courteous manner

Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding order status, product details, and company policies

Process credit note requests and ensure proper documentation is maintained

Liaise with the sales and accounting teams to resolve customer issues and discrepancies

Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

Maintain detailed records and generate reports as required

Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
