Job summary

A logistics company in Johor Bahru is seeking a Customer Service & Coordination Executive to ensure optimal shipment processing and customer satisfaction. Customer Service & Coordination Executive

We are looking for a Customer Service & Coordination Executive to join our growing team.

Working Hours

8:30am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday

Job Summary

Understand customer requirements and ensure the smooth facilitation of processing of customer’s shipment. Work closely with customer and internal teams. Deliver satisfactory service to customers and continuously improve to build client confidence and achieve business growth. Liaise with authorities if required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write and speak Mandarin.
  • Check documents to ensure all data is correct and complete for shipment preparation.
  • Promptly respond to customers upon receiving new orders or inquiries.
  • Coordinate and understand customer requirements and arrange transportation and forwarding services as per customer expectations.
  • Ensure all customer requests are fulfilled and provide timely shipment information.
  • Ensure documents received from customer are in order before handing over to the operation team for customs document preparation.
  • Liaise with internal departments and vendors to facilitate shipments.
  • Work cohesively with colleagues and provide assistance to team when required.
  • Update customers on the status of shipment.
  • Proactively resolve issues with operations team.
  • Report to superior upon receiving new inquiries from customer.
