The ideal candidate must be fluent in Mandarin and possess strong customer service skills. This role offers standard working hours from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Understand customer requirements and ensure the smooth facilitation of processing of customer’s shipment. Work closely with customer and internal teams. Deliver satisfactory service to customers and continuously improve to build client confidence and achieve business growth. Liaise with authorities if required.
