Job summary

A leading global business services company based in Cyberjaya seeks a bilingual Customer Support Consultant fluent in Italian and English. You'll assist customers through phone, live chat, and email, utilizing company tools to resolve issues and adhere to defined processes. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree, have customer service experience, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. This role requires 24-hour rotational shifts, offering a total package up to MYR 10,000.

Qualifications

  • Preferred 1 year of Customer Service experience in a call center.

Our Client is a technology-enabled global business services company (Nasdaq listed) specializing in customer engagement and improving business performance for some of the world's best brands in over 40 countries.

As a bilingual Customer Support Consultant, you will provide first‑class customer service to clients via phone calls, live chat, and e‑mail.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers via Italian and English language
  • Use provided tools and resources to resolve customer issues
  • Adhere to client‑defined processes, procedures and company policies
  • Meet or exceed minimum requirements for productivity, availability and quality requirements
  • Meet pre‑determined targets
  • Ensure proper documentation of activities in the client tool pertaining to customer problems, requests and actions taken
Requirements
  • Italian speaker able to converse in English
  • Italian written and verbal communication skills
  • Preferably with 1 year of Customer Service experience in a call center
  • Earned a Bachelor's Degree
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong Customer Service skills
Working Hours

24 hours rotational shifts | 5 working days in a week
