Job Responsibilities
- Track and support product quality performance at customer production lines, confirm defective issues identified at customer sites, establish smooth communication channels with customers, and maintain positive customer relationships; understand customer requirements and satisfaction levels and feedback improvement needs internally.
- Verify customer-side returned or batch-rejected defective products, prepare relevant reports, communicate with customers to maintain good relationships, coordinate the return of confirmed defective products to the company, and track the effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Confirm monthly delivery quality performance and provide feedback internally; conduct face-to-face communication with customers to understand their expectations, explain internal improvement plans, support and coordinate on-site rework activities for defective products, assist project teams, and track the performance of new projects at customer sites.
Job Requirements
- Education: Diploma or above, preferably in Accounting or related disciplines.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Language: Clear verbal communication with strong comprehension and expression abilities.
- Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of production management and production planning.
- Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer operation skills and office software proficiency.
- Familiarity with production processes and production planning management systems is an advantage.
- Able to adapt to a certain level of overtime work and job-related pressure.
Salary Range: RM6k - RM10k
