Customer Quality Engineer (Melaka) (Jan 2026)

Join Texas Instruments as a Customer Quality Engineer to drive quality alignment and support customer success in a global semiconductor leader.

Your role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving alignment of TI and customer quality requirements for products, processes, and services delivered by TI
  • Serving as the customer's advocate within TI to ensure compliance with all customer quality and reliability requirements
  • Frequently interacting with customers and TI cross-functional teams for problem solving and quality improvement activities
  • Addressing potential, real, or perceived customer quality or reliability concerns arising from technical, administrative, or logistical events
  • Receiving broad objectives and establishing detailed action plans to meet them
  • Directing, managing, and coordinating activities of functional groups outside the quality organization to achieve customer quality requirements
About you

The company is looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related engineering field
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher
  • Preferred coursework in semiconductor processing, process control methodology, and/or device failure analysis
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate across functions
  • Initiative and drive for results
  • Strong time management skills for on-time project delivery
