Qualifications

  • Fresh Graduates (Degree holders) are welcome.
  • Diploma holders with a minimum of 6 months experience preferred.
  • SPM holders should have at least 2 years of experience.

Overview

If so, we invite you to join us as a Customer Care Consultant (CCC) and be part of a high-performing team! As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring that every interaction is handled efficiently, professionally, and with a positive impact.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction:
    • Handle customer inquiries regarding products and services.
    • Provide the best possible solutions based on customer needs.
    • Maintain service quality with prompt and professional responses.
  • Account & Service Management:
    • Assist customers with managing their accounts and services.
    • Process requests such as account updates and auto-debit setups.
    • Address customer complaints with empathy and ensure timely resolutions.
    • Ensure all complaints are handled in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Crisis Management:
    • Deliver outstanding service, especially during high-demand periods.
    • Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively.
Requirements

Education: SPM/Diploma/Degree

Experience:

  • Fresh Graduates (Degree holders)
  • Diploma with a minimum of 6 months of experience
  • SPM with a minimum of 2 years of experience

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Availability:

  • Rotational shifts (Monday - Sunday)
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays

Working Hours: Monday - Sunday (rotational shift, including PH)

  • 8am to 5pm
  • 9am to 6pm
  • 12pm to 9pm
  • 10am to 7pm

Mode: Fully Work from Office
