🔑 Key Responsibilities
Culture & Employee Engagement
- Develop and implement culture and engagement strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, feedback channels, and recognition programs.
- Deliver training on our company culture framework, values, and leadership expectations.
- Analyze engagement data to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable insights.
- Support communication and change management initiatives across the organization.
- Work closely with GPMO, Corporate Communications, and brand teams to deliver culture-related programs.
Talent Development (Young Talent & Women Empowerment)
- Design and manage talent programs such as internships, graduate traineeships, and leadership development.
- Lead women empowerment initiatives to support gender equity and inclusive leadership.
- Manage the KFC Scholars Leadership Development Program, including workshops, communication, and career development activities.
- Partner with internal leaders and external organizations to build sustainable talent pipelines.
- Organize events, workshops, and networking sessions for talent program participants.
🎓 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on employee engagement and talent initiatives.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Malay.
- Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
