Job summary

A leading food and beverage company in Selangor is seeking a passionate Culture & Talent Manager to shape workplace culture and drive employee engagement. You will be responsible for developing talent programs, managing the KFC Scholars program, and leading women empowerment initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related fields and have 3-5 years of relevant experience along with strong communication and facilitation skills.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Culture & Employee Engagement
  • Develop and implement culture and engagement strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, feedback channels, and recognition programs.
  • Deliver training on our company culture framework, values, and leadership expectations.
  • Analyze engagement data to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable insights.
  • Support communication and change management initiatives across the organization.
  • Work closely with GPMO, Corporate Communications, and brand teams to deliver culture-related programs.
Talent Development (Young Talent & Women Empowerment)
  • Design and manage talent programs such as internships, graduate traineeships, and leadership development.
  • Lead women empowerment initiatives to support gender equity and inclusive leadership.
  • Manage the KFC Scholars Leadership Development Program, including workshops, communication, and career development activities.
  • Partner with internal leaders and external organizations to build sustainable talent pipelines.
  • Organize events, workshops, and networking sessions for talent program participants.
🎓 Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on employee engagement and talent initiatives.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Malay.
  • Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
