CSA Project Manager (Commercial Project)

Lead and oversee Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) works throughout project execution.

Coordinate design development with consultants to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Review and approve construction drawings, technical submissions, and specifications.

Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

Monitor contractor performance and site progress, resolving technical or coordination issues.

Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Facilitate progress meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Review and verify contractor claims, VO submissions, and progress billings.

Ensure strict adherence to PMC standards, project governance, and reporting requirements.

Identify project risks and implement corrective or preventive actions.
