Job description
Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Credit Operations Analyst to support on digital banking credit operations. The role is responsible for executing regulatory reporting, credit portfolio monitoring, reinstatement processes, audits, and quality checks to ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Generate and send regulatory reports (DTI, 60 DPD, MUE, CCL, etc.) to ensure compliance.
  • Perform litigation and bankruptcy checks; block flagged customers accordingly.
  • Conduct regular CCL and MUE reviews and communicate required actions to relevant stakeholders.
  • Underwrite new applications (e.g., NPA CLI) and ensure accurate income patching in systems.
  • Support quarterly audits by providing required screenshots and documentation.
  • Manage CBS ID merges and ensure accurate updates of customer identity details.
  • Block or reduce customer limits where required via the system.
  • Monitor customer credit utilization and ensure actions are taken to mitigate potential risks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Banking, or related field.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in credit operations, risk management, or financial services (digital banking experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of credit processes, portfolio reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with credit/risk systems is advantageous.
  • High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and operations teams.
