A leading company in Malaysia is looking for a Credit Control Executive to assist with credit control administration, evaluate creditworthiness, and maintain customer records. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting and Finance, with 1-2 years of relevant experience, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. This role offers a dynamic work environment focused on financial management.
Assist in credit control administration e.g. evaluate creditworthiness of new customer profiles and update into the system.
Escalate customer disputes or enquiries to relevant departments/lawyer and ensure proper follow ups.
Issue letters for payment reminders and any relevant correspondences.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files related to customers.
Issue customers invoices, credit and debit notes.
Perform other related duties as and when is required.
