Job summary

A property management company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an individual to manage pre and post sales administration, including handling documents and liaising with purchasers and solicitors. Candidates should have at least a diploma in Business Management or Real Estate Management, with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential. This role offers opportunities for fresh graduates as well.

Qualifications

Job description

Handle pre and post sales administration including booking forms, SPA agreements and related documents.

Follow up on SPA execution, loan applications and documentation with purchasers, their solicitors, and banks' panel lawyers.

Monitor and track billings, collections, and loan documentation to achieve sales and credit control targets.

Follow up on outstanding documents, sub-sale cases, refinancing, and auction transactions.

Maintain accurate records, filing, and updating of property-related documents and purchaser accounts.

Reporting & Coordination

Prepare and update daily sales reports, billings, collections, and receivables status for management review.

Liaise with Sales & Marketing inclusive the property agents, Credit, Legal, and Project teams to ensure smooth flow of sales transactions.

Provide assistance during audits and ensure compliance with HDA and regulatory requirements.

Customer Service

Attend to purchaser enquiries regarding SPA, loan applications, billing and collection status.

Ensure timely communication and follow-up with purchasers, their solicitors, and banks' panel lawyers to facilitate property transactions.

Perform any other tasks as assigned by superior or The Management from time to time.

Job Requirement

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Real Estate Management or related field.

Minimum 2 to 5 years experience but fresh graduate are encourage to apply.

Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word.

Experience of IFCA system is an added advantage.

Experience with e-SPA by HIMS and e-invoice matter.

Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
