A creative marketing firm in Shah Alam is seeking a Creative Content Executive responsible for producing high-quality visual and multimedia content. This role includes designing marketing materials, conducting product photoshoots, recording and editing videos, and ideating engaging content concepts aligned with marketing strategies. The Creative Content Executive is responsible for producing visual and multimedia content to support branding, marketing, e-commerce, and livestream activities. The role handles graphic design, photography, video recording, video editing, and content ideation, ensuring all materials are engaging, on-brand, and optimized for digital platforms.
Design marketing visuals for social media posts & ads, e-commerce listings (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), livestream thumbnails, banners, overlays, posters, flyers, and basic branding material. Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines and support campaign visuals for sales and promotions.
Conduct product photoshoots in studio or simple lifestyle setup and edit photos for product listings, social media, and marketing material, ensuring images are clean, attractive, and conversion-friendly.
Record short-form and long-form videos such as product introduction videos, livestream highlight clips, promotional & campaign videos, behind-the-scenes or brand content. Edit videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Shopee Video, Lazada, YouTube, add subtitles, transitions, music, and effects where appropriate.
Assist in content ideation and planning aligned with marketing and sales objectives, create engaging content concepts that match platform trends, work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and livestream teams to support campaigns, maintain a basic content calendar and deliver content on time.
Coordinate with internal teams on creative requirements, support livestream team with visuals, assets, and post-live content, and assist in ad-hoc creative or branding-related tasks as required.
