This hands-on role involves developing creative concepts, designing marketing materials for property projects, and producing digital assets for various platforms. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, possess strong conceptual skills, and can collaborate effectively with marketing and sales teams. The position supports both group and project marketing initiatives.
The Creative Executive (Graphic Designer) is responsible for translating the Matrix Concepts brand, project positioning, and marketing strategies into compelling visual communications. This role supports both Group Marketing and Project Marketing by producing high-quality creative assets that drive brand consistency, campaign effectiveness, and sales conversion across digital and offline touchpoints.
This is a hands‑on creative role requiring strong conceptual thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with marketing, digital, and sales teams to bring campaigns to life.
Develop creative concepts and visual directions aligned with Group branding, project positioning, and campaign objectives.
Ensure all designs adhere strictly to the Group Brand Guidelines, maintaining a consistent and premium brand image across all materials.
Support Group-level branding initiatives and individual project launches with strong, cohesive visuals.
Design marketing collaterals for property projects, including brochures, advertisements, posters, billboards, buntings, hoardings, EDMs, and sales kits.
Produce digital creatives for paid advertising, social media campaigns, websites, landing pages, and online property portals.
Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to optimize creatives for performance-driven campaigns (lead generation, engagement, conversion).
Create engaging visuals for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS, WeChat, and other relevant channels.
Adapt and resize creatives across multiple formats and platforms while maintaining design integrity.
Support content with visual storytelling that enhances brand narrative and buyer engagement.
