Develop fresh, engaging, and brand-aligned content ideas for all NESQ products, including beverages and upcoming beef distribution segment.

Propose creative concepts for campaigns, seasonal promotions, product launches, and social media initiatives.

Stay updated with digital trends, competitor activities, and viral content patterns to inspire new ideas.

1. Content Ideation & Strategy
  • Develop fresh, engaging, and brand-aligned content ideas for all NESQ products, including beverages and upcoming beef distribution segment.
  • Propose creative concepts for campaigns, seasonal promotions, product launches, and social media initiatives.
  • Stay updated with digital trends, competitor activities, and viral content patterns to inspire new ideas.
2. Social Media Content Creation
  • Produce high-quality content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Create short videos, photos, GIFs, Reels, lifestyle content, and promotional posts.
  • Ensure every piece of content aligns with NESQ’s tone of voice and branding direction.
3. Scriptwriting & Storytelling
  • Write scripts, captions, taglines, and storytelling narratives for marketing assets.
  • Develop compelling story arcs for Reels/TikTok, promotional videos, and brand campaigns.
  • Create hooks and copywriting that increase retention and engagement.
4. Content Production & Execution
  • Assist with filming, photography, and on-ground content capture at the factory, office, events, and cattle farm.
  • Work closely with the Video Editor and Creative team during shoots.
  • Prepare shot lists, creative outlines, and direction notes for smoother production flow.
5. Graphic Design & Visual Layout
  • Create simple graphics, social media layouts, infographics, and brand assets when needed.
  • Collaborate with the design team to maintain visual consistency across all platforms.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are applied correctly in every creative output.
6. Daily Social Media Management
  • Plan, schedule, and publish daily posts across all NESQ platforms.
  • Engage with audiences by responding to comments, inquiries, and DMs professionally.
  • Monitor platform analytics and suggest improvements based on performance trends.
7. Event & On-Ground Content Coverage
  • Capture real-time content during events such as product launches, NS Fest, roadshows, or media sessions.
  • Provide live updates, behind-the-scenes footage, and event highlights.
  • Produce recap content that showcases NESQ’s presence and activities.
8. Brand Building & Creative Direction
  • Uphold NESQ’s lifestyle branding and help communicate the company’s new expansion into the livestock/beef industry.
  • Propose new creative directions, content formats, and brand messages to strengthen market presence.
  • Develop content that enhances brand credibility and consumer trust.
9. Collaboration with Internal Teams
  • Work alongside Marketing, Sales, Video Editing, and Operations teams for cohesive campaign execution.
  • Coordinate with external partners (influencers, media, agencies) when needed.
  • Attend brainstorming sessions and contribute actively to creative decision-making.
10. Reporting & Performance Analysis
  • Track and analyze content performance (reach, views, engagement).
  • Prepare simple weekly or monthly reports to highlight wins, trends, and opportunities.
  • Adjust content strategy based on insights and audience behaviour.
11. Trendspotting & Experimentation
  • Continuously explore new formats (duets, POV, comedic, educational).
  • Test different creative angles to see what resonates best with the audience.
  • Stay ahead of trends in beverages, supplement, lifestyle content, and halal industry marketing.
