Creative Campaign Strategist
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Creative Direction
- Develop creative campaign strategies that drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness across multiple channels.
- Translate business objectives into strong campaign concepts with clear narratives, angles, and value propositions.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and cross‑functional stakeholders to develop compelling campaign assets.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Plan and manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and refine strategies using data‑driven insights.
- Oversee end‑to‑end campaign journeys to ensure consistency, clarity, and impactful user experiences.
Community & Content Growth
- Build and nurture an active, engaged online and offline community around the Bjak brand.
- Develop strategies to increase user participation, retention, and brand loyalty.
- Moderate interactions, respond to inquiries, and maintain high‑quality community engagement.
- Organize and host virtual and in‑person events to strengthen community relationships.
Content Strategy & Brand Consistency
- Oversee content direction for social media, newsletters, and community channels.
- Ensure brand voice, tone, and messaging remain consistent across platforms.
- Identify and leverage user‑generated content to boost authenticity and engagement.
Partnerships & Insights
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand advocates, and industry partners to expand brand reach.
- Develop ambassador programs that empower loyal community members to represent Bjak.
- Conduct in‑depth data analysis to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities that inform campaign design and business decisions.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign strategy, or content journey development.
- Strong understanding of digital communication, social media management, and event planning.
- Familiarity with community platforms (Discord, Facebook Groups, LinkedIn), CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with strong analytical and strategic thinking.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results through effective project management.
- Highly proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
