Job Description
  • To attend to enquiries from students regarding Aesthetic Programs from multiple platforms such as email, WhatsApp, Facebook & Instagram and converting them to active students.
  • Regular and systematic follow up on student enquiries.
  • Assist students with the course application process.
  • Send payment links to students once their applications are complete.
  • Update the student data in the Course Management System.
  • Participate in the companys marketing activities to recruit students.
  • Assist the company to ensure smooth operation.
Requirements
  • Diploma in mass communication or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in customer service and sales related field.
  • Able to work flexibly and on selected weekends.
  • Committed to replying to enquiries and achieving sales target.
  • Good communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Matured, disciplined and responsible in completing the task to detail.
  • Knowledgeable in MICROSOFT OFFICE, especially email system (Outlook) and basic computer usage.
