Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in aviation maintenance with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Proven experience in launching or scaling MRO operations, preferably in emerging markets.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup of the new MRO operation, including facility development.
• Liaise with Cambodian aviation authorities to secure necessary licenses.
• Develop operational procedures, safety protocols, and quality systems.
