Responsible for overseeing the procurement operations for heavy machinery and truck spare parts across the organisation. The Corporate Procurement Manager leads, supervises, and provides strategic guidance to the procurement team, ensuring all activities comply with company policies, procedures, and operational requirements. The role ensures cost‑effective purchasing, timely supply of critical parts, and strong supplier performance to support group‑wide operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the procurement function for heavy machinery and truck spare parts, ensuring efficient and standardized practices across all companies.
  • Coordinate and guide the procurement team to achieve cost reduction, improved lead times, accurate purchasing, and full compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Allocate tasks and monitor progress, ensuring timely completion of all purchases, with priority given to urgent and operationally critical requests.
  • Review and approve Purchase Requisitions (PR/PRO) to ensure end user requirements are met, the most cost-effective option is selected, and purchases remain within approved budgets.
  • Lead, manage, and participate in negotiations with major suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and long‑term value.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring quality, delivery, service, and reliability standards are consistently met.
