Corporate Personal Assistant to Director
  • Organize Executive Schedules: Manage meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision and discretion.
  • Manage Confidential Documents: Handle and prepare sensitive information/documents with the utmost confidentiality, ensuring accurate record‑keeping and easy retrieval. Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, handling all communications with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Support Executive Functions: Assist the Director with a variety of tasks, from correspondence to event planning, showcasing your multitasking abilities.
  • Maintain Professionalism: Interact with business associates, management, and staff with professionalism and approach‑ability, ensuring a positive company image.
  • Undertake special assignments, ad‑hoc functions, and related duties as and when required.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Financial Management, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar executive support role.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to adapt to dynamic situations.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to engage with diverse groups.
  • Pleasant personality and ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Computer literate – Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin as the role requires interaction with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
  • Candidates must be comfortable with remote site conditions and physically demanding tasks.
  • Willingness and ability to travel with the Director when required.
