About the job Corporate Lawyer, Malaysia

Responsibilities:

• Service delivery: Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding the process, requirements, and legal implications of visa - work permit, BOI, company registration, etc.
• Assess the client's specific needs and objectives to determine the appropriate legal structure for the company.
• Documentation: Prepare and review all necessary legal documents and forms required for company registration, such as articles of incorporation, bylaws, shareholder agreements, and other incorporation documents. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Regulatory compliance: Ensure that the company registration process complies with the applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines. Stay up to date with the latest legal requirements and inform clients of any changes or updates that may affect their registration.
• Legal research, monitoring updates in the laws and regulations.
• Acting as the company's attorney in the court.
• Liaise with related government agency.

Key Requirements

• Holding at least a bachelors degree of Law with Lawyer license
• Minimum 3 years experience with scope focus on visa- work permit, BOI business.
• Experiences in all different company registration, LTD, BOI, FBL, Rep office, holding and so on are an advantage.
• A team player with excellent communication and presentation.
• Good personality and negotiation skills.
• Be able to work independently and under pressure.
• MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, G-mails)
• Malaysian native fluent in English, other languages would be an advantage.
• Or others Nationality who familiar with Legal Services provider for Malaysia & APAC market.
