Looking for Our Next Corporate Finance & Strategy Manager

We’re looking for an action-biased Corporate Finance & Strategy Manager who doesn’t just analyse, but makes things happen. Responsibilities

• Partnering with Leaders: Work closely with our Group CEO and senior leadership to define and drive key strategic initiatives, long-term plans, and corporate priorities. Act as a trusted advisor on high-stakes decisions and proactively identify gaps or opportunities to create meaningful impact.
• Driving Board Excellence: Take ownership of Board meeting preparation, including agendas, pre-reads, board deck, decision papers, and supporting materials. Ensure discussions are focused and decision-oriented, and prepare thoroughly for Q&A while tracking follow-ups to drive outcomes.
• Building Financial and Strategic Insights: Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, scenario planning, valuation, and other strategic initiatives. Analyse business performance, market trends, and financial outcomes to provide actionable insights that guide capital allocation and decision-making.
• Leading Corporate Development: Support strategic partnerships, investments, and divestments. Conduct market, commercial, and financial due diligence, prepare clear investment plans, and lead strategic projects from initial analysis through to execution.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, venture capital, corporate development, financial analysis, and/or high-growth startup environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable supporting Board meetings and senior leadership decision-making
• Bias-to-action mindset: proactive, decisive, and hands-on
• Ambitious, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership in a fast-moving, high-impact environment

Additional Information

• Salary Range: RM9,000 – RM12,000 per month. This range ensures the role is aligned with market expectations, so we kindly request applicants with salary expectations within this range to apply.
• Eligibility: This position is open to Malaysian citizens or individuals eligible to work in Malaysia.
