A leading technology solutions provider is seeking a Business Development Executive in Kuala Lumpur to identify and secure new business opportunities. You will manage partnerships and engage with C-level stakeholders to drive revenue growth and deliver tailored enterprise solutions. Job description

Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities in key verticals (e.g., Connectivity, IoT, Cloud, Cybersecurity).

Build and manage strategic alliances with our technology partners, system integrators, and government agencies.

Engage with C-level stakeholders to understand business needs and propose tailored solutions.

Collaborate with product and technical teams to develop and deliver end-to-end enterprise solutions.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform go-to-market strategies.

Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend innovative approaches to business development.

Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, up-selling, and cross-selling.

Internal Collaboration

Work closely with Solution Engineer teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.

Contribute to strategic planning and business strategy.

What do you need to have for the role?

Diploma & above in Business, Information Technology, Telecommunication Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).

2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in AIOT, Govt, or enterprise solutions.

Proven track record in closing complex deals and managing strategic partnerships.

Strong understanding of digital technologies and enterprise transformation trends.

Strategic thinking and commercial acumen

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities

Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach

Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
