Job summary

Job description
Responsibilities
  • To monitor and provide supervision to ensure smooth running field operations.
  • Assist in supervising daily operation, field maintenance and nursery management.
  • Assist in estate operational management including utilization of human capital and materials, reduce and mitigate the pests and disease attack in plantation.
  • To manage store (fertilizer, chemicals, POL, etc), machinery, and other tools.
  • To support estate administration in ensuring that all activities are in compliance with MSPO & OSH requirements.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by superior.
Education & Qualification
  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture/ Plantation or any relevant field.
Relevant Experience & Years of Service
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in plantation environment.
Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge
  • Possess positive working attitude, hardworking and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Display a high degree of accuracy, attention to details and the discipline to follow up outstanding matters.
  • Detail-oriented, good interpersonal skills, team player and possesses self-initiative.
