As Head Chef for our central kitchen operations, you’ll lead kitchen operations across diverse dining establishments including Japanese cuisine, Western patisserie, buffet dining, and shabu-shabu concepts. This leadership role offers the chance to showcase your culinary expertise while managing comprehensive kitchen operations in a fast‑paced, multi‑concept environment.
Kitchen Leadership: Take full charge of daily kitchen operations, ensuring optimal workflow, cleanliness, and hygiene standards across all food preparation areas.
Inventory Management: Oversee comprehensive inventory systems to maintain cost efficiency and quality, adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all food quality consistently meets and exceeds company requirements across multiple restaurant concepts.
Food Preparation Oversight: Lead and assist in food preparation processes while maintaining efficiency and quality.
Service Excellence: Guarantee excellent food quality and timely service to support outstanding customer dining experiences.
Team Development: Guide and mentor kitchen staff to foster a collaborative, professional kitchen environment and maintain high performance standards.
Culinary Leadership: Experience in head chef or senior kitchen management roles, with the ability to lead and inspire kitchen teams effectively.
Multi-Concept Experience: Familiarity with diverse cuisine types, particularly Japanese, Western, buffet, and hot pot concepts would be highly advantageous.
Operational Excellence: Strong understanding of kitchen operations, inventory management, and Standard Operating Procedures in commercial food service environments.
Quality Focus: Commitment to maintaining exceptional food quality standards and hygiene protocols in high-volume kitchen operations.
Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with team members and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Professional Standards: Dedication to food safety, cleanliness, and professional kitchen practices with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
