CONVEYANCING LAWYER (SHAH ALAM BRANCH)
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Experience handling documents for sub‑sales property, loan documentations and auction files.
- At least 2 years of experience in conveyancing, specifically sub‑sale and auction property.
- Candidates who have just completed Chambering are encouraged to apply.
- Good personality and working attitude.
- Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (written & speaking).
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the firm’s IT system.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken).
- Possess good communication skills, discipline and analytical skills.
- Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.
- Own transport available.
CONVEYANCING CLERK (SHAH ALAM BRANCH)
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in conveyancing.
- Handle legal documents in sub‑sales, loans (consumer and company), auctions, discharge, perfection of charge, perfection of transfer and other conveyancing matters from initial to completion stage independently.
- Update file status on banks online portals.
- Attend to clients, government authorities, bankers, agents or other relevant authorities.
- Prepare status reports, quotations and draft correspondence.
- Assist in any other duties assigned as required.
- Complete assigned work within strict deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 years handling all conveyancing matters (sub‑sale, loan, auctions, perfections, etc.).
- Higher Secondary/SPM/STPM qualification required.
- Good working attitude, diligent, hardworking.
- Can work independently and within deadlines with minimum supervision.
- Can attend status reports and update file status.
- Computer literate.
- Own transport.
