CONVEYANCING LAWYER (SHAH ALAM BRANCH)

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Experience handling documents for sub‑sales property, loan documentations and auction files.
  • At least 2 years of experience in conveyancing, specifically sub‑sale and auction property.
  • Candidates who have just completed Chambering are encouraged to apply.
  • Good personality and working attitude.
  • Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (written & speaking).
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the firm’s IT system.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken).
  • Possess good communication skills, discipline and analytical skills.
  • Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.
  • Own transport available.
CONVEYANCING CLERK (SHAH ALAM BRANCH)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in conveyancing.
  • Handle legal documents in sub‑sales, loans (consumer and company), auctions, discharge, perfection of charge, perfection of transfer and other conveyancing matters from initial to completion stage independently.
  • Update file status on banks online portals.
  • Attend to clients, government authorities, bankers, agents or other relevant authorities.
  • Prepare status reports, quotations and draft correspondence.
  • Assist in any other duties assigned as required.
  • Complete assigned work within strict deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 2 years handling all conveyancing matters (sub‑sale, loan, auctions, perfections, etc.).
  • Higher Secondary/SPM/STPM qualification required.
  • Good working attitude, diligent, hardworking.
  • Can work independently and within deadlines with minimum supervision.
  • Can attend status reports and update file status.
  • Computer literate.
  • Own transport.
