Conveyancing Clerk

Dedicated, highly disciplined, committed & professional demeanor.

Attends client correspondences, prepares status reports and other types of work from time to time.

Prepares legal documents related to property, in particular loans and sale & purchase agreements.

Prepares and attends bank security/loan documents (SPA).

Administration Clerk cum Accounts Assistant

Assists lawyer in preparing legal documents, and general conveyancing related documents.

Assists general tasks assigned by the firm and accounts department.

Qualifications and Requirements: Conveyancing Clerk
  • Able to work independently, self‑motivated, hardworking, responsible and committed to work, meticulous and able to work well as a team.
  • Able to draft agreement with minimum supervision.
  • Junior/Senior Conveyancing Clerk are welcome to apply.
Qualifications and Requirements: Administration Clerk cum Accounts Assistant
  • Minimum in 1 year experience working in a legal firm (preferable).
  • Accounting experience in SQL system (preferable).
  • Computer literate.
