A reputable legal firm in Selangor, Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Clerk to handle client correspondences, prepare status reports, and draft legal documents related to property transactions. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently while maintaining a meticulous approach. This role requires strong drafting skills and offers an opportunity for professional growth within a committed team environment.
Dedicated, highly disciplined, committed & professional demeanor.
Attends client correspondences, prepares status reports and other types of work from time to time.
Prepares legal documents related to property, in particular loans and sale & purchase agreements.
Prepares and attends bank security/loan documents (SPA).
Assists lawyer in preparing legal documents, and general conveyancing related documents.
Assists general tasks assigned by the firm and accounts department.
