The ideal candidate must have at least a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting/Finance, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant finance experience in a multinational manufacturing environment. Strong skills in financial planning, budget management, and effective communication are essential for this role, along with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
