Qualifications

• Fresh graduate to 3 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Preferably with experience in Main Contractor and high rise building construction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in contract management to execute & oversee cost and contract related matters for tender.
• Handle pre and post contractual matters.
• Proficient in taking off quantities.
• Assist in tender pricing and documents related.
• Prepare site valuation and project claims.
