Key responsibilities

Manage the full contract lifecycle, including contract review, administration, variations, claims, and final accounts

Analyse and interpret contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance

Oversee cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

Identify and mitigate contractual risks, proposing solutions to minimize impact

Manage contract variations, changes, and amendments in a timely manner

Provide contractual advice and resolve contractual issues with project teams, clients, consultants, and sub-contractors

Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation, ensuring all records are properly stored and accessible

Provide regular reports on contract performance, highlighting any potential issues or concerns

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the construction industry

Strong knowledge of construction contracts, contract law, and commercial management

Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills

Experience in cost control, claims management, and contract administration
