Here Are The Responsibilities:

Responsibilities
  • Prior experience in managing and resolving clients’ issues and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • To consult and evaluate a client\'s business progress and achievements throughout the 1 year.
  • To understand and have an interest in the business fundamentals specifically in the Content & Social Media Ads field.
  • Prior experience in managing Facebook ads, Instagram ads, or other social media ad platforms.
  • To manage, prepare, and keep a record of the client’s database and progress report.
  • Maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with the clients throughout the program to increase customer efficiency.
  • To respond to inquiries in a timely manner and maintain a good relationship with Hasbul Brothers clients.
  • To liaise and work closely with the Customer Relations department to ensure customer service efficiency.
  • Conducting research to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, and then contextualizing your findings.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, or a similar field.
  • Experience in social media content and video editing (Capcut).
  • Familiar with video software such as Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro and etc.
  • An understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Experience uploading content to various content management systems.
  • Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing.
  • Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Great listening and communication skills.
  • Must possess own car for transportation.
  • Willing to travel to different locations outside the office.
  • The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
