Job summary

Dreamscape Hospitality Group – Puchong New Village

Plan, design, and produce creative, eye-catching content for promotional and marketing purposes, with a strong focus on glamping, resort stays, nature, lifestyle, and guest experiences.

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing and brand positioning goals.

Develop monthly content calendars and manage integrated social media marketing campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu (XHS), TikTok, and LinkedIn, to drive online community growth, engagement, and brand awareness.

Plan and support digital marketing campaigns by introducing fresh, trendy, and bold creative ideas to strengthen campaign performance.

Strategically extend market reach by creating attractive, storytelling-driven content for marketing and promotional campaigns.

Monitor, track, and analyse content and performance metrics to optimise content effectiveness and engagement.

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns for the resort.

Stay up to date with industry trends, social media trends, and travel / lifestyle content, and identify new content opportunities worth sharing.

Work closely with designers and the marketing team to ensure consistency and compatibility between content, visuals, and brand guidelines.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in content creation and/or digital marketing.

Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively engage with a diverse audience and internal stakeholders.

Proficient in photo and video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Camera-friendly and comfortable appearing regularly in social media content (on-site resort content, lifestyle shoots, etc.).

Creative, trend-aware, highly motivated, and proactive, with an analytical mindset.

Strong PR sense, result-oriented, able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Possess excellent English written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.

Able to work at Puchong, Kuala Lumpur, with occasional travel to Cameron Highlands for on-site content creation at the glamping resort.
