We’re looking for a Content Creator to join our Brand & Creative team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with brand & creative team and cross-functional team to craft compelling content that elevates our brand and engages our audience. Your work will span social medias, blogs, and more, helping to communicate product value and strengthen our brand presence. This role requires a creative storyteller with a flair for content creation, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of audience engagement across various platforms.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Plan & coordinate, video/ photoshoot, and edit engaging short-form videos for social media platforms, include Xiao Hong Shu, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct interviews for video and blog content.
  • Create high-quality, on-brand content that aligns with positive social media trends and enhances brand visibility.
  • Quickly adapt to new product features and incorporate them creatively and accurately into content.
  • Craft engaging and creative content for blogs, social media captions, creative copy, deliverables and more.
  • Support team objectives by handling ad-hoc tasks as needed for various projects.
  • Ensure all content created are align to brand guide and image.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 year experience in related role.
  • Social Media Savvy with a good understanding of trends and engagement strategies
  • Comfortable and confident on camera for engaging in video content.
  • Excellent written and spoken Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Proficient with CapCut, Canvas, Google Docs, Sheet & Slide. (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effect is a plus.)
  • Owns reliable transport and is comfortable with travel.
  • Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills.
