The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree and possess at least 5 years of related experience, demonstrating exceptional skills in Cloud Computing, virtualization, and effective communication. This position requires proactive collaboration with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in a Pre-Sales role.
• Good knowledge of Cloud Computing, hybrid infrastructures, and virtualization.
• Familiarity with containers like OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker.
• Good knowledge of one of the cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Professional Services experience and consultative skills are essential.
• Related Professional Certifications are desirable.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Develop an in-depth understanding on customer’s business and technology needs and requirements related to Computing, Storage, Information Management Systems and Architectures (CSIA).
• Translate needs and requirements into comprehensive and competitive solutions, which includes preparation of Solution Design and Architecture, Solution Brief, Solution Proposal, Bill of Material and Solution Presentation.
• For engagement that requires to showcase solutions capability, individual is required to lead and perform hands‑on showcase (e.g. POC, Demo).
• Participate in Growth and Customer Success Initiatives (GCSI).
• Provide proactive solution advisory support to sales, products and marketing group.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cloud Computing or related field; master’s degree in business administration or management is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience as Pre‑Sales technical role (architect, consultant or engineer).
• Possess good knowledge and experience in Cloud Computing, hybrid infrastructures, IaaS, Converged Infrastructure, Virtualization, Backup & Disaster Recovery, Storage technologies and solutions. Good knowledge of Linux / Unix / Windows system.
• Familiarity with containers (OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker etc.).
• Good knowledge in one of the cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Professional Services, hands‑on experience will be an added advantage and consultative skills are essential.
• Related Professional Certifications such as Certified AWS Solution Architect, Azure Solution Architect, VMWare Certified Professional will be highly desirable.
• Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
