A leading construction firm is seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee on-site activities for major infrastructure projects in Johor. You will ensure that all works align with approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements. Candidates should hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 3 years of project or construction management experience. Strong communication skills and familiarity with Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health Management Systems (QESHMS) are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in project/construction management/consultancy.
• Strong understanding of the entire real estate project management lifecycle from acquisition to project completion.
• Possess knowledge and/or familiarity with QESHMS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure major infrastructure work progress aligns with schedule and specifications.
• Identify and report any technical or site issues promptly and work with consultants and contractors to resolve them.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records including permits, work progress, inspection reports, and other related documentation.
• Ensure all site activities comply with the company's Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health Management System.

Your Role in Brief

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee, coordinate, and execute all on‑site construction activities throughout the project lifecycle. The role is responsible for ensuring that all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements to achieve timely and successful completion of major infrastructure projects.

Your Key Accountabilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure major infrastructure work progress aligns with the project schedule, specifications, and quality, environmental, safety, and health (QESH) requirements.
• Identify and report any technical or site issues promptly, and work with consultants and contractors to resolve them efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records including permits, work progress, inspection reports, drawings, and other related documentation.
• Ensure all site activities comply with the company’s Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health Management System (QESHMS).

To be successful in this role, you are likely to possess:

Qualification

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in project/construction management/consultancy
• Strong understanding of entire real estate project management lifecycle from acquisition to project completion

Technical Skills

• Possess knowledge and/or familiar with QESHMS
• Familiar with MS Office and project management tools/software
• Proficient in English and Malay
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in QESH Management, HIRARC, ESH legal & other requirements and EHS practices.
