Job description

Oversee the entire construction process, from project initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines. Lead and supervise all site installation activities for volumetric modules carried out by General Contractors. Plan and manage daily site operations, ensuring efficient sequencing of module delivery, cranage, assembly, and finishing works. Coordinate with production teams for module delivery schedules and resolve discrepancies or defects on arrival. Ensure correct execution of module-to-metr interfaces (structural, MEP, waterproofing, façade connections, roof installation). Maintain compliance with local authority requirements, codes, and building standards. Monitor timeline and contractor’s work progress. Perform quality control of contractor workmanship. Prepare and monitor progress claims for completed works. Implement project schedule and monitor approved budgetary costs and variation orders. Recommend training for subordinates to improve professionalism, technical, and management skills within the department. Chair meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors and document outcomes. Implement company procedures and policies. Create working relationships and manage staff.

Job Requirements
